Why do you do what you do?
"Approximately 50 percent of all building-related problems are due to water intrusion of the building envelope (roofs, exterior walls or below grade). Water intrusion accounts for more than 70 percent of construction litigation, but only +/-5% of the overall construction cost.
I realized early in my career that there was a large void in the construction industry as it relates to building envelope and appropriate design solutions and a great need for qualified consultants in this field. Furthermore, I truly enjoy helping clients/building owners resolve some of their most troubling and costly building issues."
