Architectural Graduate
We are seeking a a highly motivated and creative architectural graduate to join our collaborative architectural studio. The candidate will gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of project types, including educational, commercial, housing, institutional, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation work.

Qualified applicants must hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture from an accredited university. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a desire to grow professionally — developing skills through all phases of design and construction — with a clear ambition toward licensure.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in Architecture from an NCARB accredited school

0 - 3 years' of experience

Knowledgeable with Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, & 3D Studio

Construction experience a plus

Strong technical writing skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relations and collaboration with teams

Ability to preform comprehensive project due diligence and site research

Knowledge of building codes and ADA accessibility standards

Proficiency in field measuring and data collection to support accurate documentation and design decisions

Experience in preliminary and conceptual design, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills

Ability to coordinate with other design disciplines to ensure cohesive, integrated project outcomes

Competence in construction document production using industry-standard software and workflows

Attention to detail in reviewing shop drawings and submittals for design intent and compliance

Familiarity with construction observation and documentation of field progress
