Architectural Graduate

We are seeking a a highly motivated and creative architectural graduate to join our collaborative architectural studio. The candidate will gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of project types, including educational, commercial, housing, institutional, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation work.

Qualified applicants must hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture from an accredited university. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a desire to grow professionally — developing skills through all phases of design and construction — with a clear ambition toward licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Architecture from an NCARB accredited school

• 0 - 3 years' of experience

• Knowledgeable with Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, & 3D Studio

• Construction experience a plus

• Strong technical writing skills

Skills & Abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relations and collaboration with teams

• Ability to preform comprehensive project due diligence and site research

• Knowledge of building codes and ADA accessibility standards

• Proficiency in field measuring and data collection to support accurate documentation and design decisions

• Experience in preliminary and conceptual design, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills

• Ability to coordinate with other design disciplines to ensure cohesive, integrated project outcomes

• Competence in construction document production using industry-standard software and workflows

• Attention to detail in reviewing shop drawings and submittals for design intent and compliance

• Familiarity with construction observation and documentation of field progress
