Feeling the space constraints of their existing facility, MartinRiley stepped in to help alleviate their problems by designing a 34,621 sq.ft. addition that seamlessly integrates with their current headquarters. The newly added addition consists of almost 14,000 sq.ft. of office space and over 19,000 sq.ft. of warehouse space. Inside, every square foot has been optimized for efficiency and collaboration. Flexible workspaces, cutting-edge technology infrastructure, and communal areas promote a dynamic and adaptive work culture. Meeting rooms on both floors are equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual facilities that enhance communication and teamwork, fostering an atmosphere of creativity and productivity.
