Walb Union and Kettler Hall, On Campus Dining Renovation: this large (15,244 sq.ft.) interior gut / renovation project was divided into 10 bid packages at the request of the owner. It includes renovation of the Dining Commons, Dining Hall, Coffee Shop, Kitchen and Cafeteria, as well as the procurement of new furniture and foodservice equipment. The style element for the dining space was to aim for a modernized aesthetic with durable finish materials and furniture. 

 

Kettler Hall - 2nd Floor Study Lobby Renovation: this 5,500 sq.ft. interior renovation project included new flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, lighting, and a new lounge for seating, study tables and chairs. The purpose of this renovation was to create an atmosphere that promotes group and individual study as well as modernize the finishes and appearance of the space.
