After its humble beginnings over a decade ago as a simple hot dog cart followed by its transition to the food truck we all know, Bravas has forever left its mark upon the downtown Fort Wayne food scene. We were thrilled when they tasked us with designing up their new space in the old Jones Engineering Products building just a few steps from their original location on Fairfield.

Natural light was an important factor in the design so we expanded the windows in the front of the building along with adding skylights. The main dining area, with its exposed brick walls and polished concrete floor, has an open-floor layout that encourages social interaction and fosters a sense of community. The south wall was opened up to allow visibility and access to their new covered outdoor space. This al fresco dining area, complete with picnic table seating and ambient lighting, provides a perfect spot to enjoy a cool summer evening.
