On March 17, MartinRiley architects/engineers and other AIA Indiana members showcased their sustainable designs at the Statehouse while HB 1620 was being discussed in the House. MartinRiley presented their design for Brooklyn Pointe, a senior housing community developed by the Fort Wayne Housing Authority. Brooklyn Pointe is a brownfield development that is designed under the LEED for Homes program through the USGBC.
