Tony has been with MartinRiley for over 15 years and serves as our Production and IT Manager and A&E Technologies Specialist. Tony has been instrumental in implementing REVIT software and the early adoption of 3D laser scanning as our principle tool for field work and data acquisition.

Torrey has over 20 years of experience in his field and serves as MartinRiley's civil engineering lead. He specializes in the site design process and his work typically includes vehicular and pedestrian flow pattern design, design and permitting for stormwater management, grading design, developing utility service plans, and traffic control.
